Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

We require a minimum 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your trip.  Unlike the airlines, we do not oversell spots on the boat so we'll show up and we'll expect the same of you!  Cancellations that occur within 48 hours of your scheduled start time will not be refunded unless we fill your spots.  No shows will not be refunded.  Introductory Divers who show up unable to dive due to lack of a required medical clearance will also not be refunded, so get that paperwork done in advance!
